Privacy Policy

1. Scope and key points

This Privacy Policy applies to seedance3.plus, including its public AI video, image, music, and voice pages; account and dashboard areas; generation workflows; billing records when checkout is available; support communications; and administrator-operated service controls.

Public pages can be browsed without creating an account. Creating media requires an account and intentionally sends the prompt, selected settings, and any uploaded reference files needed for the request to our server and contracted AI-processing providers. Generated files are stored privately and delivered through authenticated or short-lived links unless a feature clearly offers a public option and you choose it.

2. Information we receive

The information we receive depends on how you use the service. Account information may include your email address, display name, password hash, sign-in timestamps, account settings, credit ledger, plan or order status, generation history, support requests, and security-control status. We never ask you to email a password or a complete payment-card number.

If paid checkout is enabled, the disclosed payment provider processes payment credentials directly. Seedance 3.0 may receive limited transaction information such as a payment or customer reference, plan, amount, currency, payment status, refund status, and invoice details needed to provide access, reconcile records, prevent fraud, and answer billing questions. We do not receive the complete card number from provider-hosted checkout.

If you contact us at support@seedance3.plus, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, and diagnostic details you choose to send.

3. Prompts, uploads, and generated media

A generation request can include text prompts, model and output settings, reference images, requested voice text, music direction, and related files. We process this material only to submit, complete, secure, troubleshoot, and deliver the requested output. You should not upload confidential material, biometric identifiers, private conversations, or another person’s likeness or voice unless you have the rights and consent required for that use.

Uploaded reference files are placed in private, site-scoped storage for the generation workflow and are removed from our active input storage after the generation attempt. Contracted AI providers receive the request information required to perform the selected service and may process it under their own contractual terms and privacy notices. Provider-side retention can differ from our storage lifecycle.

Completed outputs are stored privately so they can appear in your generation history and be downloaded through controlled links. We do not use private prompts, uploads, or generated results for advertising, and we do not publish them merely because you used the service.

4. Technical and security information

When a browser requests a page or starts a generation, our infrastructure and service providers automatically receive ordinary technical information. This may include the requested URL, date and time, IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, referring page, browser and operating-system details, device type, response status, and diagnostic or security events.

To enforce preview limits, reduce automated abuse, identify linked-account quota evasion, and protect paid access, Seedance 3.0 may create keyed one-way hashes derived from network and browser information. The anti-abuse records store those hashes rather than readable IP addresses or user-agent strings. These signals are used for service security and fair access, not to create an advertising audience.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Seedance 3.0 uses first-party cookies or comparable browser storage where needed for sign-in, remembered sessions, request validation, security, and feature continuity. Blocking essential cookies can prevent login, forms, private media, or account pages from working correctly.

Public pages use a self-hosted Plausible Analytics service to measure aggregate visits, referring pages, countries, devices, and content performance. Public pages also use Microsoft Clarity to understand page navigation, clicks, scrolling, device characteristics, and interaction patterns through session analytics. Login, account, administrator, checkout, billing-completion, and private-media routes do not load Clarity, and public generation forms are masked so prompts, uploads, and entered creative instructions are not captured in recordings. These services are used to improve the site rather than create cross-site advertising profiles.

Seedance 3.0 does not currently use Google AdSense, third-party display advertising, or advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If advertising, a new analytics product, or another non-essential tracker is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that use begins.

6. How and why we use information

We use information to deliver and secure public pages; create and maintain accounts; process requested AI media; store and deliver private results; calculate and display usage; administer credits and orders; answer support, privacy, rights, and billing requests; diagnose failures; prevent abuse and fraud; improve reliability; and meet contractual, accounting, tax, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.

Where European or comparable data-protection law applies, the legal basis depends on the activity. We process information to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps when providing an account, generation, paid feature, or support; rely on legitimate interests to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service and prevent fraud; rely on consent where law requires it; and process information when necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Seedance 3.0 does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated safety, rate-limit, and risk controls may pause a request or account, but a user may contact us to request review.

7. When information is shared

We use service providers for hosting, content delivery, private object storage, AI generation, security, logging, aggregate analytics, authentication when enabled, payment processing when enabled, and support or email delivery when enabled. Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its function and operates under its own terms, privacy notice, and contractual responsibilities.

We may preserve, use, or disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect a person from harm; investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or rights violations; establish or defend legal claims; or support a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of the service subject to applicable law.

External websites are independent merely because Seedance 3.0 links to them. Review a destination’s terms and privacy practices before submitting information there.

8. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain an account and private history, administer credits and transactions, enforce limits, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Input references are removed from our active input storage after the generation attempt. Generated outputs, account records, ledger entries, orders, support records, and security events can remain longer for the purposes described above. Protected backups may keep a limited copy after an operational record is removed.

Safeguards include HTTPS, access controls, site-scoped database records, private storage, short-lived media delivery links, server-side provider credentials, request validation, rate limits, keyed security hashes, and operational monitoring. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account and contact us if you believe it has been compromised.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to ask whether we process personal information about you; request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. Exceptions can apply when records are needed to complete a transaction, protect security, exercise legal rights, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request. Email support@seedance3.plus from the address connected to the relevant account and describe the account, generation, purchase, or interaction involved. We may verify control of the email address or account before disclosing or changing protected information. Do not send passwords or complete card details.

10. Children, international use, and updates

Seedance 3.0 is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age to consent to an online service, a parent or legal guardian must be involved until that age. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information improperly.

The service and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer controlled by Seedance 3.0, we use a recognized legal mechanism. Independent providers explain their own safeguards in their privacy notices.
