Seedance 3.0 legal
Terms of Service
Rules for Seedance 3.0 accounts, AI generation, uploaded content, credits, payments, acceptable use and generated output.
Effective date:
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of seedance3.plus, including its public information, AI video, image, voice, and music tools, account area, generation history, credits, plans, billing features when enabled, and support. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Seedance 3.0 for a company, school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. Additional terms displayed for a particular plan, provider feature, or promotion may apply to that item.
2. What the service provides
Seedance 3.0 provides browser-based tools that submit prompts, reference files, and selected settings to AI systems and return generated media when processing succeeds. Models, settings, supported formats, output characteristics, generation time, and provider availability can change. A preview, sample, model name, or estimated credit amount does not guarantee an identical result.
The service is a creative tool, not legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional advice. You must independently review any output used for a consequential or commercial purpose.
3. Eligibility, accounts, and security
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age at which you may independently agree to online terms where you live, use the service only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision.
Provide accurate account information, protect the email address and password connected to your account, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not sell, transfer, share at scale, or create accounts to evade limits or enforcement.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you already have in original prompts, uploads, feedback, and other material you intentionally provide. You must have every license, permission, and consent required to submit that material and use the requested output. Do not upload confidential or personal material that you are not authorized to process.
You grant Seedance 3.0 a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process submitted material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, and maintain the requested service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your eligible original content and ends when the material is no longer reasonably needed, subject to protected backups, security records, disputes, and legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use and prohibited content
You may not use Seedance 3.0 to violate law, harm another person, infringe rights, or interfere with the service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or exploitation, including synthetic material;
- non-consensual intimate content, sexual deepfakes, pornography prohibited by a provider, or unlawful sexual material;
- deceptive impersonation, fraud, false endorsement, defamation, harassment, stalking, or misuse of a real person’s face, likeness, or voice;
- graphic cruelty, instructions that meaningfully facilitate violent harm, promotion of terrorism, or incitement of hatred or violence against protected groups;
- copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights infringement;
- malware, phishing, unauthorized access, security probing, service disruption, scraping at scale, or automated requests outside an approved interface;
- quota evasion, linked-account abuse, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass a suspension or technical control; and
- material or activity that creates unreasonable safety, legal, security, or operational risk.
We may use automated controls and provider safety systems to reject requests. Those controls do not guarantee that every prompt or output is reviewed before delivery. Report a serious safety or rights issue to support@seedance3.plus without retransmitting illegal material.
6. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, or similar to material produced for another user. Seedance 3.0 does not promise uniqueness, factual accuracy, copyright protection, trademark clearance, or suitability for a particular purpose. Review each result before publishing, distributing, licensing, or relying on it.
Your ability to use an output depends on applicable law, the rights in your input, these Terms, and any terms applicable to the selected model or provider. You are responsible for obtaining releases and checking copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, disclosure, and industry requirements. Label synthetic or altered media when law, platform rules, or context requires it.
7. Credits, plans, payments, and refunds
When paid checkout is available, the purchase screen will identify the plan or credit package, price, currency, billing interval, included credits, and material conditions before payment. A disclosed payment provider processes payment credentials under its own terms. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold unless expressly allowed.
Generation cost can vary by model, input type, duration, resolution, output count, and other settings. The credit quote shown before submission applies to that request. Provider work and compute costs can begin as soon as processing starts. Failed or interrupted requests are handled according to the product behavior shown in the account record and the Refund Policy.
A recurring plan renews until cancelled through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops a future renewal but does not normally reverse a completed billing period. Taxes, currency conversion, promotions, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the checkout disclosure, Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer law. A reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or refunded payment may cause associated credits or access to be adjusted.
8. Availability and changes
AI generation depends on networks, storage, browsers, queues, models, and independent providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a fixed processing time, permanent access to a particular model, or successful output for every prompt. Maintenance, safety controls, capacity, legal requests, provider changes, or technical failures may delay, reject, or interrupt a request.
We may add, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue a feature, model, limit, or plan. Where a change materially affects a paid commitment, it will be handled under the applicable purchase terms and law. Keep copies of outputs you are permitted to retain.
9. Seedance 3.0 ownership and rights notices
Seedance 3.0 and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding, interface, original text, graphics, code, compilation, and site-owned assets. These Terms do not grant a trademark license or permission to copy substantial parts of the service, mirror it, remove notices, sell access, or imply sponsorship.
If you believe material available through Seedance 3.0 infringes your rights, email support@seedance3.plus with your contact information, identification of the protected work, the exact page or item, the basis for the claim, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized. We may request information needed to evaluate the notice.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on and may link to independent AI processors, storage and delivery networks, analytics, payment providers, authentication providers, and external websites. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and safety controls apply to their systems. A link or technical integration does not mean Seedance 3.0 endorses every statement, product, or destination they provide.
11. Enforcement and termination
We may investigate suspected violations and may reject a request, remove or disable access to an output, restrict generation, pause or terminate an account, prevent repeat access, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with providers and lawful authorities when reasonably necessary. Severity, context, prior conduct, safety, legal duties, and the risk to others inform the response.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning content permissions, payments, records, ownership, enforcement, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue where their nature requires it.
12. Disclaimers, indemnity, and limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 3.0 is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular creative, commercial, legal, or technical purpose. We do not warrant the accuracy, uniqueness, legality, or availability of AI output or third-party services.
You are responsible for claims arising from material you submit, your use or distribution of output, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the service operator from those claims and reasonable costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 3.0 and its operator, contributors, and service partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, reputational harm, or claims arising from third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly for the affected service during the six months before the event or USD $50. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
13. Disputes, updates, and contact
Before beginning a formal dispute, email a concise description and requested resolution so there is a reasonable opportunity to investigate. These Terms are governed by applicable law under ordinary conflict-of-law rules, while non-waivable consumer rights and venue rules where you live remain in effect. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
We may update these Terms when the service, providers, laws, or business model changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@seedance3.plus.
